About Cake Express
Creating quality cakes and memorable celebration experiences with care, creativity and dependable service.
Welcome to Cake Express, a trusted name in cakes and celebration desserts, serving customers since 2008.
We believe that a cake is more than just a dessert. It is part of a birthday, anniversary, wedding, milestone, surprise, celebration, or a simple moment of happiness shared with family and friends. Our purpose is to make these moments more memorable by bringing together quality ingredients, thoughtful designs, reliable service, and the convenience of online cake ordering.
Over the years, Cake Express has grown from a cake-focused business into a customer-oriented online cake delivery brand serving customers across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad.
Our experience in the cake industry, established supplier network, understanding of local delivery requirements, and commitment to customer satisfaction help us serve a wide range of cake requirements—from classic celebration cakes to designer, themed, photo and customized cakes.
Our Story
Cake Express began its journey in 2008 with a simple objective: to make it easier for people to express their feelings through cakes.
At a time when ordering a cake online was still developing in India, we embraced the internet as a way to connect customers with quality cakes and dependable delivery services.
Since then, the way people celebrate has changed significantly. Customers now expect more choice, better designs, convenient ordering, timely delivery, and a smooth online experience.
We have continuously evolved with these expectations.
Our experience has helped us understand that successful cake delivery is not only about preparing a beautiful cake. It also involves careful ingredient selection, proper preparation, appropriate packaging, order coordination, delivery planning, and customer support.
This understanding continues to influence the way Cake Express operates today.
Our Commitment to Quality
Quality is an important part of every Cake Express order.
We work with carefully selected ingredients and established suppliers to maintain consistency across our products. Our approach focuses on balancing taste, presentation, freshness, quality and customer expectations.
From the preparation of the cake to its final delivery, we pay attention to the details that can make a difference to the overall experience.
Our product range includes cakes suitable for different occasions and preferences, including:
- Birthday Cakes
- Anniversary Cakes
- Designer Cakes
- Theme Cakes

- Chocolate Truffle Cakes
- Black Forest Cakes
- Vanilla Cakes
- Customized Celebration Cakes

- Cakes for Kids and Family Celebrations
Product availability, design options and customization may vary depending on the selected product, delivery location and order requirements.
Cakes Designed for Every Celebration
Every celebration is different.
Some customers want a traditional cake for a family birthday. Others are looking for a specially designed cake based on a particular theme, character, profession, hobby, age or personal preference.
That is why Cake Express offers a broad range of cake styles and celebration categories.
Our online collection is designed to help customers find cakes for occasions such as:
For selected products, customers may also be able to request personalized elements such as names, photographs, messages, themes or other design requirements, subject to product availability and customization feasibility.
Experience That Matters
Since 2008, we have developed practical experience in the cake and celebration industry.
This experience extends beyond cake preparation.
We understand that customers ordering a cake online are placing their trust in us to deliver an important part of their celebration. In many cases, the cake is being ordered for someone special, and the customer may not be physically present at the delivery location.
That responsibility is something we take seriously.
Our experience has helped us develop processes around:
- Product selection
- Ingredient sourcing
- Cake preparation
- Cake finishing and decoration
- Customization coordination
- Packaging
- Order processing
- Delivery planning
- Customer communication
- After-order support
Our objective is to provide a consistent experience from the time an order is placed until it reaches the recipient.
Our Supplier & Distribution Network
A reliable cake business depends on more than its own production capabilities.
We work with an established network of suppliers and business partners that supports our ability to source ingredients, packaging materials and other requirements necessary for our operations.
Our supplier relationships and operational experience help us maintain product consistency while responding to changing customer requirements.
At the same time, our local delivery network enables us to serve customers across multiple cities and service areas in the Delhi-NCR region.
Online Cake Ordering Since 2008
The internet has transformed the way people shop and send gifts.
Cake Express recognized this opportunity early and established its online presence in 2008, allowing customers to order cakes remotely for delivery to their loved ones.
Today, customers can browse cake collections, select products, provide delivery information and place orders online without needing to visit a physical cake shop.
Make ordering a cake convenient, clear and dependable.
Whether you are ordering a cake for someone living nearby or arranging a surprise for a family member or friend, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Same-Day Cake Delivery
Cake Express provides same-day cake delivery services in selected locations across the Delhi-NCR region, including:
For eligible same-day delivery orders, customers may need to place their order before the applicable daily order cut-off time.
Same-day availability can depend on:
- Delivery location
- Product availability
- Selected cake design
- Customization requirements
- Selected delivery slot
- Order volume
- Operational conditions
Customers should always check the delivery options displayed during the ordering process before completing an order.
Freshness & Care
A cake is a perishable food product and requires appropriate handling throughout preparation, packaging and delivery.
We take reasonable care to ensure that cakes are prepared, finished, packaged and dispatched appropriately for delivery.
Our team understands that presentation is an important part of the cake experience. For this reason, we pay attention not only to taste but also to the appearance, finishing and packaging of our products.
Certain cakes may require specific storage conditions after delivery. Customers should follow the storage and handling instructions applicable to their selected product.
Because cakes are handmade and may involve decorative or customized elements, minor variations in appearance, colour, decoration or finishing may occasionally occur compared with website images.
Such variations do not necessarily affect the quality or intended design of the product.
Customer Satisfaction
Our customers are at the heart of our business.
We understand that a cake order is often connected to an important personal occasion. A delayed, incorrect or damaged order can therefore affect much more than a simple purchase.
Our objective is to resolve genuine order-related issues fairly and efficiently.
If an issue occurs with an order, customers are encouraged to contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible with the relevant order details and supporting information.
Depending on the nature of the issue, available remedies may include replacement, correction or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies.
Our customer support process is designed to ensure that concerns are properly understood and addressed.
Our Approach to Customized Cakes
Customized cakes are an important part of what we do.
A customized cake may involve a particular theme, colour combination, character, photograph, message, shape or decorative concept.
Because customized cakes involve manual preparation and creative work, the final product may not always be an exact physical reproduction of a reference image.
Our team works to maintain the overall concept, theme and intended appearance while taking into consideration the practical requirements of cake preparation and decoration.
Customers requesting customization should provide their requirements clearly at the time of ordering.

Cake Express has developed its services with a strong focus on customers in the Delhi-NCR region.
